The basics
These terms apply to your purchase and use of products from Media Buyer Systems, a trading name of Test Tube Marketing Ltd (company no. 15388084), registered office Suite 3a Holly Grange, Holly Lane, Balsall Common, Coventry, CV7 7EB. By buying from us, you agree to them.
What you're buying
Digital products - tools, templates and training for media buyers. When you buy, you get a licence to use the product for your own business. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or share your access with others.
Price and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling at checkout. Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase through our payment provider.
Access and delivery
Our products are digital. You get access immediately after purchase, or via details sent to the email address you provide at checkout.
Refunds and your right to cancel
30-day money-back guarantee.Build it, and if it doesn't do exactly what's promised, email fish@testtubemarketing.com within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. The risk is ours.
As a consumer buying online you also have a statutory 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Because our products are digital and you access them straight away, that statutory right ends once you start accessing the product. Our 30-day guarantee gives you longer than the law requires either way.
What we don't promise
Our products help you do the work - they don't guarantee a particular result. How your ads perform depends on your accounts, offers and decisions, which are outside our control.
Our liability
We don't limit our liability where the law doesn't allow us to. Beyond that, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost ad spend or lost profit) arising from your use of the products.
Acceptable use
Use the products lawfully. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or resell them.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England & Wales.
